No, can't say I have. But I have felt like bugs were crawling all over me the few times I've walked into a spider web.

Sometimes coughs start like that. You'll get this rough feeling in your throat or in your lungs. Usually burns like hell right when you cough.

Go see a doc if it keeps getting worse. It might just be a flu starting.
I just pop a Flusin or some kind of bronchodilator.
