Could it be your settings?
Try a Voda sim and see what happens.

Can't be my settings as two hours later, it will work fine, as if nothing happened.
Then later on, say evening time it will do the same thing again.

If you take off 3G can you connect via GPRS, I think you phone is set on 3G only.

Nope that doesn't work either, tried it many times, a techie came to my house and also suggested that, but neither 2G 3G/HSDPA will work.
 
i don't use it for pc, just for the normal browsing on my phone
 
I just had the problem today as well. Gprs will work one second then not the next. Switching my phone off then on usually helps, but not always.
