My mweb speed

For those not believing I get 300kB/s - 400kB/s during the day on mweb

What more proof do you people need? And I shall provide

I don't use VPNs, I don't use downstorm or anything out of the ordinary. Just normal downloading from a news server.

I never get anything below 350kB/s 24 hours a day on my Mweb Uncapped for normal downloading as well.

No ways... I'm currently (8:24pm) getting 10k/s from MWEB News.... :-( and this has been like this for some time... MWEB 4mb uncapped through OpenWeb GOLD.

There's your problem - use a real news server.

its a mweb 4mb uncapped account. Normal home account, not business

Just did... now running at 240k/s Still not 420k/s, but a heck load better than the last while!

I'd love to know how some MWEB customers are getting brilliant speeds and some of us are getting absolutely pathetic speeds. I'm actually thinking of switching now to someone else...been chugging along at 3/4 k/s for too long now

Yip - I use international servers. If its cached on mweb servers then you might be in luck but I prefer using international servers with Mweb as a backup.

The logic i have never understood. We download thousands of rands worth of stuff yet some people cannot bring themselves to spend 70 rand to get it .
