I have also found that one or more of the common addons have a memory leak in it. My AH toon who has only auctioneers and mail mod addons has about 30fps more that my main and alt. Busy updating the addons hopefully that have fixed it. I think it might be questhelper. But i got a kuk load of addons

questhelper is an absolute KILL for fps.

Another thing you can try is

/console set scriptProfile 0
/console reloadui

and those with the new questhelper
