So after playing a match League of Legends now, upon exiting, the dreaded blue screen of death came up...:wtf: it rebooted and it was fine. WTF gives???:confused:why did it do that and should I be concerned
PS system seems fine now

I had this with a brand new Gigabyte board.....only after about 6 months did I read that others were having the same issues all over the world. There were patches but none worked. I just swapped out the board for an Asus Mb and it worked like a dream after that.
I seems the issue was RAM addressing.....I was running 4 x 2 Gb Ram modules at the time in 64bit mode (no issues in a 32bit OS)

Post your minidump for the bsod as well as your complete system specs here.

Also BSODs are most commonly caused by bad drivers/RAM/corrupt registry. If it's a kernel error then it's ram. Run memtest to check for stability.

And in the future, provide as much detail as possible.

Yes, it could be anything from faulty hardware to any piece of software especially drivers. The story is usually hidden in the minidump

1. Run memory test If passed,
2. Run hard drive tests.

Boot from live CD to do above.

Ok I ran a program called WhoCrashed and this report was given:

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Your PC is allergic to LoL. Switch to Dota2.

haha, well I played Dota a while back and found that most Dota Players are *******s and gets quite mad if you don't play how they want you to play, maybe Dota 2 is different...

anyway... seems that I have a driver issue somewhere??

yes I am using bit defender? How did you know from that?

You are gonna have to uninstall it :( . The 4a is usually caused by resource conflicts, vlc, mse, symantec all had those errors, but it's only bitdefender that still has that problem in SP1. There were tons of people who were complaining on the bitdefender forums when bitdefender 2013 came out.

Also you might want to uninstall Lol and install Dota 2 to avoid the crashes...:P
