Then why even bother with cable ties if they're not done? If it was me I'd tell them to redo the whole lot with the same grey trunking they used next to the inverter.
But then that's a minor issue compared to some of the others.

Im just curious, is there a divider between your AC and DC cabling in that trunking or they just mixed in there?
