My outlook meetings keep getting canceled

Hi guys

Need some assistance. For 4 times now appointments that I sent out got canceled and it appears as though I did the cancelation but I didn't.
2 times was after hours like 9 pm and weekends and 1 was this morning and 1 was 5 pm today. I did not cancel these meetings. My laptop was not even open/connected to the internet except for during this morning's incident.

I have removed the person who had access to my calendar.

I have updated office and windows.

I have repaired office.

Next I'm changing my password but I must be on the domain for the syncing so I'm doing that tomorrow.

If that still doesn't work I'll probably need to Uninstall outlook on my phone.

Any one ever come across something like this before? Any ideas what might be causing this? It started early this month.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please share the muti you're using. Millions would be extremely grateful for auto-meeting-cancellations. I've used Outlook since before it was a product, and regrettably have never found how to turn on that feature.
