Dude, first call vodacom and ask if and then when they will resubmit the debit order. If its more than 5 days away and they not send the new date to the bank then diy.
Log into ur internet banking, add a public recipient and boom. You account number is the **** long one at the bottim of you bill, as in the page, got a few arrows around it.
Banks can't resubmit debit orders which is what vodacom has, a debut order is when a 3rd party takes money, a stop order is essentially a scheduled eft.
That concludes the leason.
Now in future I would suggest making sure their is enough money before debit order date as you bank will charge you for having to reject the debit order due to lack of funds, usually around R100 pet, vodacom will also add R30 per failed attempt, so basically your absent mindedness is very expensive, try addin a reminder on your phone.
