My Vodacom Issues

Anyone else having issues getting onto the My Vodacom portal?

The domain seems to have changed from what I had saved - its now https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/.

I have been trying for two days now to login. I get emails and SMSs confirming that I've logged in (even the OTP login option works) but as soon as I login I get redirected back to the login screen. Its an endless loop.

Got the same loop, it's more that it keeps forcibly logging you out after a few seconds. The "community" option is useless since it gives auth errors upon posting IF you even make it that far. Got resonably far with FF except because of terible java implementation half the pages don't properly load, on Vivaldi the pages load but logging in is even less possible..... maybe the original builders of the site were fired and the new guys cant make heads or tails out of the code spaghetti?
 
mediocre is fine.... downright moronic is another.... even telkom has a better site even though it's slightly dysfunctional.
 
The website still seems almost completely broken, IF you manage to stay logged in you get "Unfortunately we are having technical issues and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later. " errors when trying to actually affect some kind of change.

Some of us have to actually work not spend hours on the phone trying to fix something with a call centre that keeps shuffling you between departments..... WHY stop with email support? Were they shamed of how the current lot cannot spell properly or something? Hell even allowing the shop personnel direct access to the system (though also why not? Are they attempting useless job creation?) for fixes would be a step up.
 
Continuing on this odyssey of stupidities, using the WONDERFUL phone app I cannot log into my account. I attempt to "forgot password" to the EXACT SAME password I tried to use to log in and it tells me I cannot change the password to the current password.... but still it will not allow me to log on through the app.
 
After sending messages via facebook, someone from the "social media team" contacted me just now. He helped me out and mentioned that the site is "still getting updated".... what exactly that actually means for the long run is anyone's guess but it explains why half of everything is currently broken.... I'm just happy I can relax a bit now. TBH I was surprised that someone actually contacted me now at all since the contact details state they only work till !7:00....
