My Vodacom number does not exist

Hi guys,

I did a sim swap today, when someone call my Vodacom number from other networks (Telkom, MTN & CellC) I get a message that the number does not exist. Even SMSes do not get delivered. However when I call any number from my Vodacom line it goes through and SMSes are delivered. I can call any number on all networks from my Vodacom number

Logged a call with Vodacom customer care centre I was told thats not possbile. i called again spoke to a different agent he said he was going to log a query with Services Department. I got an SMS that someone will call me within 2 days.he called but my problem not fixed

If you ported your number to Vodacom then ask Vodacom customer care to log a call to PST to update your routing table.

Just apply the 2015 solution to fix the current 2020 timeline.

My number does not exist all of a sudden and I can't receive or make a call,messages,why is that?

Hi sir, not sure if you still can assist with such.
I ported my number from Telkom to Vodacom,
It was a very lengthy process but we are here now.

The issues is that I do not receive any sms’s to my number since it has moved to Vodacom.

I can’t get any OTP’s from anywhere and when people send me an sms they get told fair to send to the ( my number )
