My Windows 10 experience

Tried both of those. And tried downloading older versions of the driver. Followed all the steps to completely erase traces of the old driver. Still failed install. So when that's resolved (google says it seems to be a common problem) I'll move back to windows 10.

I FINALLY found the solution for the power-off/sleep problem;

Go to Control Panel
Click on Devices
Under System Devices find .....Intel Management Engine Interface
click on it, then right click to find properties
under Driver it will tell you which version you have.
Mine was ver. 11 --- which is the culprit.
I choose to roll driver back to 9.5.xx
Once I did that roll back.....I no longer have the shut down issue.
Hope that works for you.

How do I uninstall intel management engine 11 --- and install ver. 9.5 if Windows does not want to install an older driver?
This was a fresh install so it's not like I can rollback.

Just putting it out there ...

Seems by bluetooth has kicked it with win 10. Anyone else had same?

I've always hated the stupid pairing thing that goes down in Windows.

You pair the devices, you try to send or receive a fiel then it fails for no reason.
It is by luck that I can receive or send.

So, I was about to do internet banking

Well yesterday while still in the office, I needed to do some banking and as I was about to load the url I was like, wait a minute, there is something I should remember.

Google led me here to refresh my memory http://www.pcworld.com/article/2974057/windows/how-to-turn-off-windows-10s-keylogger-yes-it-still-has-one.html

Then I was like btw, my home machine is still on windows 7, I'll do it there.

Anyway, I have turned all of that off but I am worried something is still up. Whenever I start windows, it takes a long time for keyboard input to start registering. It might be nothing, it might be the delay setting that's available now in Windows 10, it might be the key logger carrying on anyway but perhaps not sending anything to Microsoft till you ready.

In the end, Microsoft now knows everyone's login details for everything until you remembered to go turn all of that off. Its real comforting.

Do not forget the tinfoil hat as well.

Input lag solved phew  tinfoil hat testing off :-)

(According to the internet) either uninstall xbox or disable DVR within the xbox app config.

tinfoil hat back on, just in case.

Key press logging does not proxy key presses. Key presses are events, broadcast to subscribers.
