I noticed two things on Hello Peter recently when I was fighting Telkom (again) because they messed up my ADSL line.
The first is that Telkom is at the top of the list of companies who respond (for receiving compliments, no less!) even though their ratio of compliments is only about 12% out of their total.
The second is that Hello Peter allows companies who respond to post news flashes on the main page.
Now, I was wondering. If you read a lot of the complaints from people against Telkom, it would certainly benefit these people to know about MyADSL. I have no idea what's involved, but maybe MyADSL could register on Hello Peter as a company who responds and then post little news-flashes directing the disillusioned to this web-site and forum?
