Hi folks

MyADSL has lodged a complaint regarding Telkom’s claim of ‘no interruptions’ in its latest ADSL campaign. A previous ASA explicitly states that Telkom may not make claims implying continuous connectivity, but despite this ruling Telkom still makes this claim on their website and in its latest ADSL campaign.

We will keep you informed about any developments.

Excellent. Look forward to hearing how this is going to go :D Hopefully ASA will stop being toothless sometime soon.
 
Good Stuff, would love to hear their explanation...
"Well, you see, we didn't actually 'mean' no interruptions on your ADSL line, we were referring to ESKOM" :D

or the advertising company left out, no "more" interruptions (but no less either :rolleyes: )
