Just as an indication or for me to know, is all action against Sentech and NoWire getting out of this totally free? The "VAR's" (Value Added Reseller) does the exact junk Sentech does and more and then passes the buck to sentech. I find myself in a p!ssing contest between Sentech and NoWire with a little Fastcom in between the whole lot because I go straight to Sentech to get my problems sorted out when the connection dies, speed crawls, signal fades, etc etc etc... Been lurking around the forum since way back but had enough now.... My Speed has doubled not 2.0KB/s its 4.5-5KB/s..... IM FLYING on my 256 now......

So I am really thinking for taking this "fight" over to NoWire HQ in Brooklyn becuase they are reaping rewards from this as Sentech is and they are even worse at it. . . . whos ever heard of a 9am - 5pm help desk? my problems keep office hours for their convenience.

I hope the guys going to the "Open Day" manage to shake out of Sentech the nitty-gritty details of exactly what the hell is happening with the service.
Don't take any crap boys!

Charles van Reenen has confirmed that people are calling in and are not happy with what they are getting.... I must understand he says that it is a contended service 30 - 1 he says so I take 256 and divide it by 30 and during business hours that is what I will get... that means that I am still being jacked out some Kb....

The procedure is do a speed test for local on their site for local, then a speed test on http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/ TAKE wireless 802.11 option for international.... Subjective rating = Slow

This was typed while on the call to the help desk, I have been told that I must call NoWire, I will type another while on the phone with them.

NoWire Support Tech Mark has no idea who was "stupid" enough to give the dates, they dont know the answers to my questions and give technical support nothing else. They say that I should call someone else.... So I am going to do so...

Right ... Here is my 2 cents for what its worth....

Why is the Local and International Band different 1:4 local and international something like 1:30

80/20 split

We are testing grounds for version 5 why not stick with tried and tested

We want to know what the 15 points on the list was and what other problems have risen up in their stead inform the stakeholder and then they wont feel like blind... or is it a case of the blind leading the blind....
