Kyton, Ivy is awesome. I've never used SB but this is a very fast CPU and if you don't OC it then runs cool and consumes hardly any power. Well worth the wait.

Last night my max temp while playing was around 55c and that is with only 1 fan on my Antec 620 cooler. I usually have 2 installed.

I'm going to try OC it a little and see what temps I get at 4ghz. Some say you don't even have to change voltages. I did notice that the thing likes using Turbo boost as every time I check its running at 3.8ghz

My E5000 4 Gigs 700w psu and AMD 6850 do just fine :p

Although I am looking at upgrading but wifies and baby are first at mo ;)

but I think my wife is starting to get irratated with me as now I am hogging the TV and the little one.

here was my reply.... how do you think I can look at my pc monitor and still know what keys to press on my keyboard and at the same time move my mouse?

Missed you last night Worf. Was the best game I've played as a team to date despite the rubber banding. We all worked together and we found out there is life after BazaarI really hate BAZAAR

HAHA Kosmik. Looks like it really is time for an upgrade there:D BF3 isn't a CPU intensive game so that 6850 is taking all the slack and is fine for now

If you can wait for the next Intel chip(Haswell) then it is apparently going to be an insane upgrade
 
Yes the game was close last night, did we win? next time I will c4 the fing choopers and let them come. Can you mine a chopper?

Blazing, next time set up a SOFLAM at the base. I'll javelin the shi* out of that chopper. My stingers were'nt doing enough damage to take it out, just disable and some dude kept repairing it.

BTW, to the tank driver that used two shots, it's because I had explosive perk on for squad and also was in tank so our perks stacked :D
 
Worf. we tried to play on our server for a bit last night and it is messed up. When I joined everything looked normal but vehicles were lagging/jittering when driving and flying. How do we restart the server? I see its been up for 2 weeks.

Still getting the hang of Procon but it looks easy for the basics which is what we need.

We should have more games on it. Good practice for DGL
 
Kosmik, now i know. Was wondering why the other guy was bitching about the 2 hit kill with his reactive Armour on. We seem to be getting better as a team as we progress. lets hope it stays that way.:)

They shot the sh*t out of me and the SOFLAM that I had setup so I sniped the dude in the chopper :)
but kept missing the second dude in there chopper for some strang llllllllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggggggggggg
 
I took out one of the pilots with my G53 and the later took a chopper out first shot with the tank. Love shooting down choppers with the tank.
 
I seem to remember you trying to shoot me down with a tank when Druk and I were doing the myBB flight school training.

This weekend is headshot weekend so keep those heads nice and steady for me :D

No, come on, the lag was so bad I killed myself once with it last night. I threw a grenade down the locker room next thing it rubber bands and the grenade lands at my feet because it was actually thrown against the wall. :wtf:
 
Got the mail. Thanks Worf. Did have a lol as well

I'll test it out tonight and check if it made a difference. If its working nicely then we can have some games this weekend.

Who still needs any assignments unlocked?
