You will never get one, it is reserved for pros only.

Play as support on metro, you will need lots of ammo. Equip USAS and frag rounds and just suppress the opposing team. Works well if you attack from outside and get them at the stairs. Just move around every minute. Kill same guy 5 times without him or her killing you.
