Keep in mind it's beta so may be fixed. Whats your spec? I've only crashed once so far, for a beta it's pretty stable.
 
Well managed to play a bit last night and Man oh man do I love it.

Weapon unlock are key to survival, so I hope we keep our ranks when beta is finished.

got a good kill ratio going so far. I am hoping to keep it up :)

love the flash of the scopes of the snipers, no more hiding under the rocks.

Might get a chance again tonight if wife stays in the hospital, so maybe the few of us that are on, let group and jam a bit.
 
Hopefiully I can play today. Origin sucks big time. It downloaded 4.2GB of 3.9GB and was doing nothing so I got a torrent to check the files and it verified to 43% WTF was origin doing.

3gb DDR2

So you can see its outdated. Im looking for an upgrade as we speak. I have a rig ready to go from a guy but im not too keen on his motherboard. Its an ECS or something...never heard of it but its an i5 2500k, HD6870 etc so it should run everything on high :)

By next week I should be ready to go for the last few days of beta.

Hmmm, yeah it has to be your Gfx card, I'm running a Core 2 Duo E8500 4Gig DDR2 with a 9600GTX and its playable.

Ooh the i5 2500k is what I'm looking at as well. A decent mobo, that processor, maybe 8-12Gigs ram and a new midlevel GFX card ( about R2k ) and I'll be good to go. But I think that may only happen at Christmas.

I want to know how to play in your squad. :(

At first I really hated metro because I would join and not know what was going on then I learnt some of the map and got to like it. But just one map is annoying. I like the possibilities in the map though, to take different directions. Still get a thrill arming that M-COM station. :D

Oh and we should play Dead Island sometime.
 
Getting my new rig tomorrow. Don't think I will be able to play much though. I have a stupid report deadline for Tuesday.

But, ill be ready for the official game. Woop
 
Game ran smoothly throughout the weekend - only 1 crash. They must have done something on Friday, cause after the server restart it ran without crashing.

Finally got to unlock the slugs on the shotgun - took me ages and getting pwned several times. At the end it was not as wonderful as on the youtube video (where the guy was pwning everyone). :o oh well, back to the trusted M16

Map is getting really boring though

oh, I forgot to say, I'm playing on vodacom 3G without any lag! Stolen telkom cable still not replaced after 2 weeks...guess I might have to cancel that adsl account

After 8 hours of playing I've just learned you can drop a medic box and heal yourself (and get points for healing others) :)
 
Is anyone playing with a 384 line?
