He had a whole rant about you noobs that only like to play metro. I thought it was pretty insightful.

I dont like playing metro but sometimes its nice to just grind out some points and not have to run around as much. Last night was crazy on that night map. Run for 10 minutes only to be shot in 2 seconds. Want to spawn on my squad but guess what. They all dead as well. Oh well. back to base and start running
Yeh staying alive was a problem. Think our combined KD was like 0.5

i said something in the lines of:
i am looking forward to the new maps.
and that i like the big maps.
running around, catching lifts with team mates, tracking enemy activity on the radar, avoiding tanks/choppers, spotting snipers before they spot you, waiting patiently for the engineer to fix his tank and then taking him out.
but if you only play to stack up kills, then keep playing metro.
standing in a line around the escalators corner - throwing your grenade through the smoke, and all of the frenzy that comes with that.
nothing wrong with it, but it gets a bit crazy....
lots of points to collect if you play with the assault class.
still the best game i have bought, and will be for a long time.
totally addicted.

I had a nice sniping streak going. Aimed at a noob camping their flag. Probably waiting for a tank. Two more spawned and one started to rig the place with land mines. I go "ooooh" and shoot a land mine and got a triple kill. Kill streak ended by a Rockat player killing me with a MAV.

Catching lifts with team mates: not going to happen. More like whoever has a ssd spawns first and then drives off leaving half the team stranded. I have an ssd so doesnt really bother me
Avoiding tanks and choppers: Also not going to happen. those little birds are everywhere and its basically worse than the normal maps
Spotting snipers: These new maps are huge and the campers are loving it. Bandar desert is particularly bad. Oh and they also dont soflam as usual so are worthless team mates.
For me the major benefit of AK so far is that we get new maps to play Rush and TDM/SQDM on

ok so i looked you guys up on bf3stats.com, and compared to you all i am quite the noob.
i have only 47hours gametime and just over 1100kills - only bought the game in june.
i play as much as i can, which isnt all that much. being married, having a job, buying food, making food, eating food, washing dishes, unisa assignments, unisa exams, sleeping, shaving, showering, watching tv, attempting to get exercise in, checking out facebook, checking out superbru logs, checking out mybroadband forum, watching the springboks and proteas lose... you know - life in general.
somedays i just think i need to tell my boss i need a personal day, put in a days leave, switch of my phone, put on my headset and play for the whole day. but thats just crazy talk ...

Just make sure you get some time in this weekend for Double XP. Makes it worth it and the servers are always full of noobs trying to get free points. Like taking candy from noob babies
