Kept getting disconnected though because of the Afrihost issues

We played Quake3_OpenArena. We could only play freeware games dew to copyright infringement laws.

I played with a few machine guns and some shotguns as well yesterday and even though it improved my K/D ratio, it just wasnt as much fun. Knifing is the only way I get my satisfaction...love that squishy sound :twisted:

I actually only show respect for players that knife me.

After a sniper rifle knifing is my second worst skill, I just can't get it right I am just too slow to push "F"

I have it set to one of my mouse buttons. The other is set to pull out the pistol. Very handy having those 2 on the mouse. I could do with more buttons on my mouse... upgrade time

I used the M5K yesterday for a couple of rounds and I was just nailing players with ease...it didnt even feel challenging.

Ya I also need to get myself a 10000 button mouse...what do you guys recommend?

After the patch the M5K is great for CQ

I say TDM pistols and knife rounds tonight

I was looking at the fnatic as well but it has glossy sides so will get mucky. Probably going with the sensei raw non glossy. It has 4 extra buttons so should be enough
Vertex 4 is a beast and is def worth it
Mouse pad??? I use a huge razer goliathus control edition. I swear the thing is like 1m wide. Very handy to use. Best bet is to choose a mouse and then see what pad works best for that mouse

A mechanical keyboard is one of the best upgrades you can get. I currently have a quickfire rapid but will be getting the CM Storm Quickfire TK when its released. Brown switches are great but Red and black are just as good

Another option is the Logitech G710 but it might be $$$. the Quickfire TK is the perfect board for me. LINK

Mouse is just used for fire and ADS.
Knife is E and grenade is G
Could be why I am so kuk with a knife.
