Nice one sxy. Did you get the whole kit? Dive cyl, adapters etc? What scope and caliber? And price total?
I got an Airarms S510 5.5mm xtra FAC with a 4-16 mtc Viper scope and 300bar Fabeer dive cylinder. Really nice toys.
 
What do you noobs shoot with these things?

I had a gun and just shot a target a few times, then got bored and haven't touched it since

So I just bought the gun. 5.5mm. And it was R3699

A friend of mine gave me a 230bar cylinder so thats taken care of.

The only problem I have is that I dont have the adapters yet.
I wrecked my finances with this gun so have to wait a bit till I can afford getting the adapters so I can fill the friggin gun up.

Nice. Airarms pcp rifles are awesome. bit out of my price range though.
 
There is a difference between a pellet gun and one of these. These things are accurate and powerfull. Plinking plastic army men with other people can keep you busy. Set them up various distances and play sniper etc. Get some drop down targets etc. It gets boring if you are alone though. But if someone joins it really gets fun.
 
I actually want to sell all my stuff. Want to get a centrefire rifle. Looking at the Tikka's (Cannot decide between T3 hunter and Leupold 3-9x40 or the T3 sporter with something leupold in 8-20x50). Got space now for an anual hunt so I really want to do that.

I went to a Field Target shoot here in cape town a couple of times with my chinese spring(B3-3) rifle. Some of those guys gave me a chance to test their pcp's. Thats how I started looking for one. Springers for plinking, pcp's for business. lol

Do you buy any chance know what a adapter to fill the gun could cost?
Have you been on the Airrifle.co.za forum?

I live on a plot so there's a **** load of things coming at you for no reason. If I hear a starling cursing my mother, then its nighty night fugly birdie. lol I've tried shooting rats but they are too darn fast and my springer rifle arent really that powerful for the size rats we have here. Our rats chase cats with bicycle spokes.
Other then that I want to take Field Target shooting a bit more seriously. Its actually a nice sport.

Also been there for a while now. I have a gamo field target, but doesnt matter where I hit it, it falls over. The rifle is too powerfull.
Shooting rifles is Big around here, lots of hunters. Airrifles not so much. Thats why I cannot decide between the Tikka's.
Field target airrifles are just as expensive. Those steyrs and EV's wow. Ninja looking and potent.

Jip, but some of those rilfes are fugly.
I like the look of the Bam, Air arms and some of the Hatsan rifles.
 
The Weirauch rifles are excelent. My first airrifle was a weirauch years back. Loved that thing. Protected guava and fig trees like a true trooper for many years.
 
Is that Bam single shot or does it have a magazine?

Soon kyton, soon. . . . Going to formalito in klerksdorp on saturday. They are Sako and tikka agends. If I had 50k lying around. . . Sako TRG in 300WM or 338Lapua. Will need to befriend some farmers though. No shooting ranges 1.6km in distance :mad:

Its a single shot. All I really still need to know is the cost of the adapter or can I make one with things from builders warehouse?
Oh and a regulator so I know how much pressure the rifle is at when filling. I don't want it to explode.
