I still like my shotgun in Borderlands.
 
Lo, R we going to try a few rounds of killing floor tonight, Hopefully mine will be updated by then. I wanna see the new maps and the changes that where done.

Its was so funny how unskilled he was without his hacks, he really couldnt shoot without them.

Dam I missed the fun..... busy trying to download MOH "Steam's servers are currently too busy to service your request".... about 50 000 other people also trying to download it.
 
Yeah i know what you mean i started last night at 10 and this morning at 6 it was on 3gb.
Should be awaiting me when i get home.
 
Yeah, but the standard version cant see too much benefit for the extra stuff.

Hmmm, a lot of bad reviews though. I really don't know if I'll grab it, it's like $59 on steam. Who else has it in the clan? I'll trust your folks opinions more.
 
Listen i really am not a fan of Medal of honour since their releases after the playstation 2 days.
But this game really isnt too bad its MW2 meets Bad company 2 and had a baby.

After lots of thinking I don't think I'm going to get it. First of all, it's like a mix of MW and BC. It's just too much of a halfway house without bringing anything new. I had a few fun times during the beta, but on the last night I played I realized that it's not worth getting, for me at least.

The choke points on the objective rush maps are ridiculous. People sit and camp in one spot with only their ear sticking out and you will never know where the F*&@# you're being shot from by the snipers. The choke points, for instance, would have a small boulder (the size of a river rock if you're lucky) for 12 people to hide behind and as soon as you stick your head out, it's over.

The flag capture maps..well, pretty much the same thing. Okes sit in a gay spot and just chut you as your face pops around the corner. Fun? Not really..

Another MAJOR bluddy peeve- the ASSAULT guy throws SMOKE grenades. Seriously? You can't even customize your nades.

There are only 3 classes in this game. Not a lot of weapon variety either.. For me it was a rather dumbed down version of both BC and MW's weapon customizations.

I really don't know guys, I have a really bad feeling in my gut about spending R500 for this game. I might get it after a few months when it's cheaper, but the way games are priced these days; prices staying the same after a year, I doubt I'll pick this one up. I'd rather just save myself for BC Vietnam :)

As far as online tactical shooters go, this one didn't hold my interest for long enough. That's just my opinion though. You guys have to decide for yourselves.

Yeah, I won't be getting it any time soon at this stage, just to expensive for my budget and I am also going to hold out for Battlefield Vietnam. If they tend to release BF3 in the next 12 months, then vietnam will have to be out within the next 6 months I guess, if not sooner depending on how MOH goes.
