I have been through many ecigs but nothing even comes close to the lavatube or to a lesser extent the ego.
You should seriously look into one of those.

Well, I've posted here on my struggle to quit. Then I went away on business for a month last August. I smoked a few when I arrived. Then I got busy with the project. Soon I found that I had been a few days without smoking with no hassle. 8 or so months later, I haven't smoked. The change in environment was the key.

So next month it will be a year. Rarely ever get the urge to smoke anymore. Hang in there, quitters. Every day without a smoke is a victory and one step closer to freeing you of the addiction.

Was smoking for around 16 years before going cold turkey last year and thus far do not regret it all. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

I started smoking again after nine month & decided to do it properly this time.

Got the full Champix kit and it's day eight smoke free.

I don't know I find it easy to quit. I quit some time last year but relapsed due to cigars. This time.. No cigars..
