MyBB Twitter integration just broke

Is it just me or did Twitter links stop loading for everyone else as well?

The twitter link on someones post pops up just for a second while the page is loading and then disappears. If I click on the link quickly before it disappears it brings up a page that says:

errors
0
message "Your current API plan does not include access to this endpoint, please see https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api for more information"
code 467

Test case: Can you see a picture, or link, or anything at all below this sentence?
