So Hetzner has an impressive data centre, but is losing time - please just tell us all that you are running a complex, clustered/sharded forum installation and it is not just your virtual server clock-time going too fast/slow?

We are indeed running a cluster, with NTP to ensure that the servers all have the same time. Looks like something broke with the NTP - hope it is fixed now.

Tapatalk is crawling on MyBB for some reason. No issues with my internet and other forums on Tapatalk are working normally.

@MyBB: You should create a backup of the current theme then alter it privately and then release it, rather than editing the site live. Really not a difficult thing to do with vbulletin.
