MyGaming: Aliens vs. Predator PC will require Steam

Since i got uncapped i must say i quickly started enjoying Steam. I've bought quite a few games for dirt cheap directly on steam and it is literally 1 click download and play...much easier than using a disc or even going to a shop finding the games. Also it keeps a nice list of all the games you ever bought, so if i feel like playing some oldy 1 year later i can just install it directly from there, no need to look for backups or discs or anything.

Plus alot of old classics available on there (i.e. the Sierra Quests etc) and alot of specials that does not pull through to our local retail stores.
 
The only bad thing about Steam is our "broadband". Is that really Valve's fault?

Though, calling it a rootkit, is just sensationalistic.

Nice bit of info there. Think I'll give Steam a go.
 
Just wait for web africa steam content server. then its free to download off steam. yay

Its being stated and reiterated many times in many threads on many forums and articles that pricing restructure will take place in february and be in effect in march. so they say

Steam is good for any other country besides South Africa and our crap Internet.
