Installed the patch, graphics still screwed.
Issue on both PCs at home:
(AMD 6850 and 4870)
Using latest AMD drivers as well as "fixed" config files from various sites.
Fail.
PS. Seeing just as many people with nVidia cards QQ'ing, so not just AMD fail.

Took me an entire weekend to install the game, started on Friday night to get the 22 Gig.
Was away for the weekend so thought it will be a perfect time to leave PC at my friends house with uncapped ADSL. Just plugged in my rig, got my coffee ready and sat down to start up a game to enjoy my lazy Sunday afternoon.
Up popped a message that it needed another 200 MB before I can start play.... What the hell was it doing the whole weekend!!!
Oh well guess I have to find something else to do for the next 30 minutes, while my 3G gets chowed.

If I could install ADSL do you think I would have used 3G as my primary internet connection?
Well I finally go to play it and for me it feels very much like a Borderlands wannabe.
I guess I will finish it, but must say it is quite disappointing as it looks like an open world game but its not, esp when area's you allowed to go is blocked by invisible walls. You can not jump over a rock that's the size of a brick but you can jump over a large obstacle that is half your size.

You might wanna go back to the "new" default configs. Otherwise new patch won't help you much.
