Mygica 495x connection problem

I bought a Mygica 495x on 5/2/2017 and followed all instructions to get it operational. It connected to my WiFi router with no problem. On 6/2/2017 I tried to watch a movie through Kodi and the movie loaded and played for maybe 1 minute and then just froze.

Today I tried to use it again and now it does not connect to mu Wifi router. I have a fibre connection at 4mbs.

Any suggestions?

Worst case, open it up and put a serial console cable on it to see what it is doing internally?

Alternatively, use some debugging tools to see if it is trying to talk to your router (wireshark, etc), and what is actually happening.
