Hi guys

Any experience with these guys.
Are they tier 1 providers or resellers?

They are based in Durban so I thought they may be good for support when needed.

According to https://www.porting.co.za/PublicWebsite/crdb?msisdn=0310000130
The number 0310000130 has not been ported and is still serviced by WBS.

That, coupled with what WireFree has already stated (i.e. demonstrating that they don't have an interconnect with Telkom), should answer the question.

i.e. They are not tier 1 but would appear to be obtaining wholesale service from WBS (i-Burst).

If you are looking for good support it should not matter if they are a tier 1 provider or reseller.

Their after sales customer service, quality of service and support should be the important deciding factors.

Just noted many complaints about mytelnet on hellopeter.

http://hellopeter.com/mytelnet-pty-ltd/compliments-and-complaints

i could note thousands of complaints about all the other providers countrywide on hellopeter, social media is a forum for the public to vent their frustrations, unfortunately more often than not most people don't list the good stuff either.Telnet has inbound DID's from WBS but has POIL's with all the major providers for outbound so they aren't resellers in that sense.

Had a guy come in to quote.
I was not impressed.
Spoke to me like I was an Mweb customer
