I have a parcel in the UK that my sister is sending to me via my MyUS UK, never used the UK service before, only the US service.

The local UK Post Office cannot locate the provided Myus UK address to send them - the PO have a different address that defaults to Forward2Me just down the road from the MyUS address.

Anyone have any experience with this UK service/address, as MyUS UK confirm their address is correct.

Don't want sis to send if the parcel is going to end up elsewhere in the UK.

I did already and they give their address as listed on their website (which I used). The UK PO however cannot find their stated address on their system...

Well don’t use the UK post office then.

So how do I get the parcel to the MyUS address without paying a fortune with another courier...

Well you aren’t getting it there at all at present because they are seemingly idiots.

Don’t know why you don’t just have your sister send it directly with FedEx herself considering you have an actual person there with it in hand already.

People pay a premium to use services like MyUS because they don't have friends or family in those countries. There's not much reason to use them if she could just mail it directly here

The FedEx cost to get it here is R7500 for shipping only, so not an option unfortunately - parcel is 4.5kg.

Thx, the direct courier cost is ludicrous, hence using a current paid account.

What is the address? What happens if you try putting the address into the address finder on the Royal Mail website?
Thx, going to try that now.

They say their address is
Ripon House
Green Lane West
Preston
PR3 1XB

39x39x39cm
I used 40cm3 and got pricing from £90 up. FedEx was £126 (R2500 which is R5000 lest than what you stated) and covered you for up to 12kg. What are the chances your sister can reduce the size of the packaging - you'll pay considerably less if she can.

That address is definitely forward2me.

I think you are going to have to take it up with MyUS. Maybe they have an agreement with the other company.

Out of interest, is that the same address you see if you follow these instructions?

The process to shop UK stores and ship purchases to your country is very similar to how you already shop US stores with MyUS. Instead of entering your US address at checkout, you will just enter your new UK address!

You can find your UK address in your online account. When you log in, just click the double arrows next to your US address in the top right corner to display your UK address.

Weird, FedEx gave me £377 for the size and weight...
Parcel is already repacked as small as possible.
