N.Korea send SWC workers

As long as their government doesn't interfere in soccer, they are free to compete.

That's a joke right?

The N.K regime interferes in every facet of life over there. Fifa and Bloater are a bunch of hypocrites. Mugabe getting his paws on the trophy summed it up.

FIFA would have banned them a long time ago. Fifa normally does not require a second invitation to ban an association that deviates from the rules.
Unless you provide proof I say you've been caught out lying.

FIFA requires governments to stay out of football issues. Why would they in turn interefere in how or who runs a government

lol you must be smoking some heavy **** if you think the N.K regime lets their soccer federation act independently. You honestly think a N,.K national squad member would be free to criticize the regime without losing this place or suffer something far worse. *facepalm*

Missing the boat completely, aren't we? FIFA doesn't give a shyte about things not relating to football. That's what the UN is for

Not at all. I'm wondering how you come to the conclusion that the most closed off paranoid regime in the world can suddenly have an independent Football organization in their midst. :wtf:

What was SA's Fifa status say, 25-30 years ago?

Interesting point. If the football federation in S.A was independent during Apartheid would S.A have been allowed to participate. I think not

News 24 reports that no North Koreans worked on Soccer City:

Johannesburg - No North Korean workers were employed on the building of Soccer City in Johannesburg, the construction company in charge said on Monday.

Whole story

Bollocks. Fifa can be quite political when it suits them.

Basically, the decision to ban South Africa from FIFA emanated from the fact that the Apartheid gvt dictated that "whitey" will not play soccer with "darkie" and separate associations for each race group were established. FIFA requires that there be one football association per country. Any violation or diversion from that rule amounts to factionalism and is an automatic ban regardless of whether government had role or not.
