Hmm interesting will have a look tomorrow.

But I prefer my phone, tablet and desktop all to use the same app.

I guess in time they'll have mobile versions too.

Much better than thunderbird for me!

Finally I can drag in attachments like I do on outlook.

One concern is that their Mail software talks over JSON to their servers, then their servers pull your mail in.

Thats a security issue, despite all their assurances otherwise. If their servers get hacked, your mail is hacked.
Its a nice juicy target for hackers - lots of mail account passwords in one place...

You can run their complete setup locally, but that looks like a pain in the ass. I'm skipping this one.
