Yep, Sat22 and Sun23 N1 stretch past Paarden Island closed, big sign on N1 just past Canal Walk on the left inbound, not a problem, its the weekend anyway,
Just be gratefull it wasnt during the week.

Thats enough to try the patience i must admit

Alternate route:
From Town take milnerton offramp, at milnerton lighthouse, turn right up to main road(koeberg rd), at Koeberg turn left, 3rd set of lights, turn right into Bosmansdam rd, at 2nd lights up turn right, (there is a small shopping centre on the right at the intersection, puts you on the back rd of Canal Walk.

Traffic on the way back home from work this morning sucked!!

Took me 1 hour, I kept myself entertained by laughing at all the drivers flying from the left lane to the right line then back... I had to go via hospital bend (that route) to get home.
