Why is traffic is so good over the last 2 weeks?
Schools are back, right?
Or are quite a few people on leave?

At peak hour (7am) I'm cruising at 120-130km/h the entire trip of 10km :/

i have also noticed...

The private schools are still on holiday (I think they reopen next week).

And I think all the public holidays may also have encouraged many people to go on leave.

I've noticed the same in Cape Town Northern Suburbs... Usually around 7 traffic would be packed... now I'm cruising to my work in like 5 minutes... I think it's because it is cold and dark longer so people stay in bed that extra 5 minutes... try and leave home 15 minutes later and see what happens
