Good question. It says HSDPA but nothing about 3G.

Nope, its got HSDPA

AFAIK you can't have HSDPA without having 3G (I might be wrong). Its the same as having EDGE without GPRS

HSDPA is 3.5G (I think), and logic would say you need the 3 to have the .5

Correct. So it does have 3G. The N95 also only says the following:

HSDPA / GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900

The same as the N95 8GB

Yes, it will still be sealed, not opened, or even looked at by anyone besides whomever made the thing, or whatever might have happened back at the manufacturing plant. Where would the best place be to attempt selling it?
