N97 Vodacom Firmware

Hey guys,

I've got an N97 from Vodacom, I've patiently been waiting for them to release their version of the v2 firmware. I have now been waiting more than a month, this is really pathetic. What are the warranty implications of debranding it? Because I'm getting tired of waiting.

change your firmware, and do a manual download of the firmware.

I have done it on my MTN phone and it work 100%.

Thanks Ewie, think I'm gonna go ahead and do it. Silly that we have to result to such measures, cause Vodacom is so slack.
