Napster denies restructuring

LOL… The only reason they are saying all those claims aren’t true, is because they would like to sell a profitable business. If the cat got out of the bag and users of napster found out its going bust or just being closed. No one will buy or spend anything, thus the stock price will fall and shareholders will get less for their proposed deal
