I have change my contract from Nashua CellC to Nashua MTN,
For 1 month I have not been able to received call from MTN numbers, I called to complain, now the next month I have not been able to send or receive any calls, I have done the hellopeter thing, just get a rep from Nashua making big promises but ever solving any of them.
I have blocked Nashua from debiting my bank account, as I feel they should not get paid for a service that was not rendered to me.
There are a number of other problems, like the wrong contract, and the delayed time to change over,
I think they lost/forgot about my paperwork.
Now after 2 and a half months, I still don’t have my number working, on both the new and old sim cards, but they still sending me a bill, I gave up and got a prepaid vadacom simcard, It works just fine.
(I wonder how MTN feels, that I and using their phone that they gave me, with a Vodacom simcard)
What can I do to get Nashua to go away? ,I think they hopeless!
