I cannot connect to 3G, get this message:
From Nashua Mobile (Pty) Ltd. at 04/04/2010 14:39 0829059699 - R 5.25 (100%) of R 5.00 call limit reached You have been softlocked.

can anyone explain this? Our IT guys will clear it with the provider (they better!), but how does this happen if I have not used the SIM at all this month, let alone in a telephone?

Hi Cory , it means that you most likely have a call limit of R5.00 in place and have exceeded this amount. Give your Service Provider a call on 0861 412412 for assistance.

I have a R120 soft-lock on my Nashua mobile contract.
1 week into March and they sent me an SMS stating that I had used 100% of my call limit.
Only, I had used R12. :erm::whistle:
Waited 2 weeks before they reversed that error. :wtf:

Nashua Mobile not that much different to my Neotel Experience ..Sigh..

It seems Nashua Mobile (oh how I wish we never did business with somebody's cousin!) cuffed up. I hit my my limit and used 507mb last month. IT contacted the SP and authorised me for another R200 to see me into April. But Nashua somehow omitted to click me over into the new month's allocation
I have just been unlocked after some shouting. But it really annoys me when people smugly tell you they have sorted out 'your problem' when it really was theirs
