Nedbank App

Hi everyone,

No idea if it's just me but as of Nedbank's Money app latest software update 22nd August 2023 I am unable to log-in and now the Play store is telling me the app might not function. I have run the ticket process and even got to a point where Nedbanks layer 2 engineers admit they are at fault but sitting on almost 2 weeks and I am just about completely locked out from my bank account cause every authentication method wants the App present. No more Otp pins.
A flaw in their App? using A33
If you go through their reviews you do see people after the app update experience trouble logging in.

I'm on iOS but it's working fine for me, hope you get sorted soon though.

They became rubbish as well since the last update. I can't log in, only when I am on wifi at home an I log in.

You probably use Cell C. Move on over to MTN the Bozza network if you want to log in.

I use both MTN and Vodacom, and I'll tell you, in my usage, Vodacom trumps MTN.

No ways. MTN is the only network that hasnt been called out for false advertising, They claim to be the Bozza Network and the results show it.

Vodacom used to claim they were the best network until they were called out on it.

I can log in fine , think you might be using an iPhone that's why ?
