For the third time now in a row this will happen. I opened a new acc with netbank, and also got the internet banking profile. Now when you set up the internet banking at the bank, they give you a temp pin, and when you log on the first time, you must set up a new pin, and then also a password. Now I done that the first time, even paid some accounts and the lot. Then I log of, and when I wanted to log on again yesterday, it keeps telling me I entered the wrong password or pin. So I phoned nedbank, and they reset my profile, cause it was blocked, and gave me a new temp in. I done the whole process over again, and the same happened. So off I went to a branch, they reset it again, and now I have set it up again, also paid some accounts, log of, and the same story now for the third time. Now I know if I enter the wrong pin and password again now, my prifile will be blocked again.

What can be wrong? I can't go to a branch all the time, nor phoning them and paying R50 for one phone call again. I tried firefox, and internet explorer, both the same. I have Kaspersky installed. Can it maybe be a software issue, or is nedbank also not very lekker?

At some ABSA branches, they have PC's set up where u can use IB.
Maybe NB have some too where u can test it.
You can also use cellphone banking as a backup, or telephone banking.

What browser are you using?
I noticed Chrome browser gives problems on login, in that it does not recognise your pin or password!
I always stop at attempt 2 !!

Just got the problem this morning, after been locked out again. I phoned their IB helpdesk, and the oke helped me unlocking it again. Then he told me to create a password with no more than 10 characters. And there it hit me, I had 12. Just a pity the IB site didn't tell me that I have too many letters, as I didn't pay attention to that. So now it's working.
