I need a 20gb Unshaped account from an ISP. This will be used for Voip, browsing and gaming. Which ISP and what package would you recommend? So it needs to be of top quality.

Stay away from an ISP, go to a reseller:

There are many reliable ISP accounts available via a plethora of resellers and I have come to the conclusion that: ISP's are like lovers, you need to change them often to keep the passion (data) flowing, therefore the utilisation of a reseller instead of an ISP - as your loyalty is not rewarded.

Telkom Do3 will be 16 gigs Unshaped if the rumours are true. Has very good browsing experience, good latency in games (WoW EU gives me like 228ms). Skype works quite well if thats what you mean about VOIP. They also use Saix which means their downtime is very minimal and happens rarely compared to ISP's using IS/Seacom.

For the 16 gigs it is R141 and R413 for line rental which gives up to 10 mbit speeds. You can add to that the free 1 gig afrihost account giving 17 gigs the closest I can get to 20 gigs which you can full up with top-ups with Afrihost for R14 when their special is on.

Axxess have a 4 for 1 top-up special so why don't you buy a 1GB Lite account and top it up to 20GB. Works out to R9.50 per GB.
