15inch screen
office basic
win 7 prof

Price is the biggest motivator.
 
Have a look at the HP 615 series. Cheap and feature-packed. The AMD 2.1GHz dual core retails at less than R5000.

I think a few models come with Windows 7 Pro...
 
ASUS Home Series: K50IJ - Intel® Celeron® Dual Core T3000 1.80GHz with 2gb ram are going for between R4500 and R5000... not a bad bet, but it you are willing to settle for a 10.2 in screen have a look at the samsung intel atom series. they are starting at about R3000 (1.60GHz Processor, 1GB ram)
