Hi All
I need advice on delivery vehicle.. something like vw caddy or avanza or renult,or bantam but im not knowledgeable when it comes to cars and performances and all,the car will be used for deliveries and fetching goods from suppliers when they don't deliver and the car will be used across town,Johannesburg, things im considering are:
-lot's of trafic, meaning stop and goes,
-fuel consumption
-maintanance as in brake pads, tyres, etc per annum costs
-and insurance as the car will be driven by atleast two people
the decision on a car is based on the above, the car will belong to the company so what are the best dealers where I can get the best deal? Something I can pay R3500 or less pm including insurance.

Again what is the best way to finance the car and which dealers should I check out? Auto pedigree? Burchmores? SMD? Inspectcar?

Thanks Rouxenator checked it out and it fits perfectly fine with the nature of our deliveries. Thank you very much.

Getting Something that's cheap to maintain means getting something from a popular brand. A ford bantAm, nissan np200 or Chevrolet utility would be my choices.

Thank you Nangi I will check them out, they also look good especially in the long run I think. Especially the Nissan NP200

Get something with a warranty. If you are transporting heavy goods then the 1.3 or 1.4 engines will struggle. You will then have to look at a 1.6 or a diesel variant in the range thereafter.

Even fully loaded the Spark is pretty fast, I literally drove one from Johannesburg to Cape Town with the aircon on.

Also look at the Fiat Fiorino 1.3MJT Diesel.

Brilliant little cars - huge service intervals ( 30 000km) and very low consumption (+- 5l/100), plus all the sfety features of a bigger car.

Just got a SMS
Nissan NP 200 1.6
Canopy and radio/cd
R125 222
Nissan Menlyn

Not a bad price don't know about A/C though.

@Hemi300c Noted. But the budget is limited to R110k but as the shopping continues I hope I will find a better deal somewhere.
