Hi people

Can someone please suggest a good FREE backup program.
Main feature I want it auto backup at certain times.
Incremental backup.
Backup to network drives.
What I did was built a Linux storage server.
So now say everyday at 17:30 I want documents and certain folders in program files to copy to this server.
And just want to make sure, is this possible? All the client computer are windows.
I want to save from then to the linux server?

Any help much appreciated :)

Cobian Backup

lots of options and its free..

+1 and then if your backups are small set Cobian to save the backup file onto your Dropbox folder and you have a nice offsite backup solution.

Learn to use the built-in ROBOCOPY command. Many switches. I use it daily in cmd (batch) files.

Open a Command Prompt and type

robocopy /? <enter>

Try Handy Backup Network Server, it has all of the features you've requested above. In addition, it doesn't fear Linux.
