Hey guys, I have a crazy plan but now Im stuck. I need my pc to pretend to my ISP that im visiting this one website while im actualy visiting another. Can this be done?

Yeah, I understand Just needed to know whether the ISP must think you're on a specific website or whether an arbitrary website would do
