Need a new capped isp

so currently have an afrihost 10 gig account which i use as a back up but also for streaMing in hd and downloading stuff at My full line speed which is 6Mb and online gaMing, And its not really working how i want it ,i get 200 odd kb downloads on average and youtube 720p videos buffer a good few tiMes a video,So iM looking for a proper unshaped capped account can anyone reccoMMend an isp?

Your best bet would be to get a SAIX based account.
