why a telco lawyer? a good litigation attorney would probably serve you better...the issue will be a contractual one not necessarily a telecommunications one

If it is service related, remember to follow all the steps as per ICASA before approaching the courts. All they will do is refer you back to the agreed upon processes.

If they double debiting you...

Tell them to cancel debit order, then you pay them by eft .

I cancelled my debit order a few years ago... Have had 2 contract renewals since. The newest not to long ago.

And because my bill is now more than double, approximately, they keep cutting my line and today I lost business because of it.
