Need advice

Hi all you knowledgable people

I was involved in a car accident (didn't have insurance at the time, do have now) in February (not my fault).

I have a claim pending from Quicksure for 19 WEEKS!!!! and need advice on how I can expedite this....

They gave instruction to their Attorneys in April to attend to my settlement, again in May, and again in June. I got a call on the 13th of June from the attorney (Louwrens, Coetzer & Partners), they guy spoke to me for about 90secs, didnt even have all the details with him, kept asking for this and that document, and then discovering it in the file. I havent heard from them since.

Phone back on Wednesday, left a message, he never returned my call. Again, left a message this morning.

So, do I persue the Insurer (Insurance Ombudsman), or the attorney (not ethical business practices with the Law Society of SA)? Or any other suggestions?
