Here is the current scenario:
I had a pre-paid setup on a Samsung Note 3.
My daughter has a pre-paid setup, which i finance.
I don't use much airtime and data because most of the time i am connected to wireless, but i want my daughter connected regardless.

My phone was stolen so i need to replace it. I am thinking about a contract, to help finance a new phone, but i would also like to be able to share the airtime and data with my daughter's phone/number, to cut down on pre-paid charges.
Because i hardly use voice and data, i need a solution that isn't hellishly expensive and will let me transfer airtime and data to the second phone, and rollover unused airtime and data, at least for a month.

I did some research regarding Data Sharing SIMs, but i couldn't find anything that allows voice and data sharing off the more reasonably-priced deals (uChoose Flexi 300 etc.). I don't want to incur R999.00 costs to save R250.00.

Is anyone currently running something like this?

Hi,

Advinne offers a prepaid SIM service where you can have more than one SIM card on a prepaid account. You can have your SIM and your daughter's SIM on the same prepaid account and they will use the same airtime balance. You can also share a data bundle with your daughter.

If you want to guard against the scenario where the airtime is depleted and she cannot call you, you can buy a voice bundle and also share it with her.

For more information take a look at https://www.advinne.co.za, PM me, or phone 0871800800 if you have any questions.

Cheers.

Thanks guys.

Both have pros and cons.
It has to be a contract so that i can replace my stolen device without breaking the bank, but that Advinne 365-day 'rollover' is a nice feature.

that Advinne 365-day 'rollover' is a nice feature.

It is not a rollover. It is a data bundle valid for 365 days (Might also work out cheaper than buying small bundles every month). Ideal for people who use a small amount of data, telemetry devices, etc.

Well the 365 day limit would have been perfect for me because my data usage is very low, as you state, travel (Nav) and telemetry mostly. Pity it isn't on Vodacom though.
