Need for Speed Carbon

used to play it...from what i remember, when selecting your race (single player) on the main menu, you can select whether you want to play online or not...

cant remember exactly.. sorry
 
Why bother, Most wanted was WAY better!. Too many bugs in Carbon.

Most Wanted took me 6 Months to clock with the little time i have. Carbon i clocked in 5 days. 2 days if you consider the amount of Patching i had to do to get the damn thing to play without crashing.
 
I'm really looking forward to the new one, just hope its not another "rushed" game like carbon. If you compare Most Wanted & Carbon: Carbon's graphics not as hot as Most Wanted. Perhaps because the Day Scenery was WAY better than Night Scenery. There were places in the game where you could drive over a hill and the sun would be shining back at you and you get that same effect as if you're stuck in traffic facing the sun on your way home late afternoon - made it feel so much more real!. : ) Carbon didnt have that, it was night, dark, the cars looked like toys, the cops were not aggressive enough, the game play was way too easy, that co-pilot spoke way too much to the point that it was annoying (not a bad addon tho - just annoying!)

Most wanted Just over 6 months.Carbon 4 days too easy.But I'd still like to play online. it says that I should check the NFS website for the latest patch I have the latest patch already.I'd say the only thing that I don't like is racing in the dark most of the time I went off the cliff.
 
you managed to install the latest patch??? I have the Asia Pacific Edition of carbon Collectors edition, the patch don't work as its only for Europe & US editions.
 
Nfs carbon doesn't have a local server:( i won't bother trying to play this game online unless u have unshaped connection.Its going to lag otherwise.
